Usage, limits & storage
In one sentence
The Usage page shows how much of your plan you’ve consumed — messages, contacts, storage, and AI — so you can see where you stand before you hit a limit.
What’s metered
Your plan includes monthly allowances. The Usage page tracks them with simple meters:
| Meter | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Messages | Messages sent this billing period |
| Contacts | How many contacts you’re storing |
| Storage | Space used by uploaded media |
| Team members | Seats used |
| MsgBuddy AI | AI assistant usage (if you use the managed option) |
When you approach a limit
MsgBuddy warns you as a meter fills up, so a limit never stops you by surprise. If you regularly bump against one, it’s a sign to upgrade your plan.
MsgBuddy AI usage is tracked here too. If you chose the managed AI assistant (“Use MsgBuddy AI”) rather than bringing your own key, its consumption shows up on this page.
Glance at Usage around mid-cycle. If you’re already at 70% of messages with two weeks to go, you’ll blow past the allowance — better to upgrade calmly now than to hit the ceiling mid-campaign.
Who can see it
The Usage page is for Owner and Admin roles.
How this connects
- Limits come from your plan.
- Message usage links back to everything that sends: the Inbox, Campaigns, and automations.
