A guide for your customers

This short page is written for the end customer — the person who subscribes to your deliveries. Feel free to copy it, adapt the wording, and share it as your own “How your subscription works” help note.

Everything below is from the subscriber’s point of view. Merchants: swap in your business name and specifics (delivery times, prices, contact) before sharing.


Your subscription, in plain terms

You’ve subscribed to regular deliveries — here’s how it all works, and how you stay in control. Everything happens over WhatsApp and a simple web page. No app to install, no account to remember.

Signing up

  1. Open the link or scan the QR code we shared.
  2. Pick your plan and the days/times you’d like deliveries.
  3. Enter your phone number and type in the code we text you (this confirms it’s you).
  4. Top up your wallet to cover upcoming deliveries.

That’s it — you’ll start getting friendly WhatsApp reminders.

Your wallet

Think of it like a prepaid balance:

  • You top up in advance.
  • Each delivery draws its price from the balance.
  • We’ll remind you on WhatsApp before it runs low, so deliveries never stop unexpectedly.
  • Prefer hands-off? Turn on autopay and top-ups happen automatically.

Daily reminders — and skipping

Before each delivery, you’ll get a WhatsApp message like “Milk arrives tomorrow 6–8 a.m. Tap to skip if you don’t need it.”

  • Don’t need tomorrow’s? Tap skip — as long as it’s before the cutoff, you won’t be charged.
  • After the cutoff, that delivery is locked in (we’ve already prepared it), so skipping opens from the next day.

Going away? Pause it

Heading out for a few days? Set a pause for those dates. No deliveries and no charges while you’re away — it resumes automatically when you’re back.

Changing or stopping

  • Change your plan or delivery days any time from your link.
  • Cancel whenever you like — no calls, no hassle.
