Analytics — dashboard & reports
In one sentence
The Dashboard and reports turn all your activity into clear numbers — how many messages, how well they’re delivered, how your team is doing, and how each campaign performed.
The Dashboard (your home screen)
When you sign in, the Dashboard greets you with the key figures at a glance: recent message volume, delivery health, open conversations, and quick links to whatever needs attention. It’s the “how are we doing right now?” view.
What you can measure
| Report | Answers the question… |
|---|---|
| Delivery | Are my messages actually reaching people (and being read)? |
| Campaigns | Which broadcasts performed best? |
| Agents / team | Who’s handling how much, and how fast? |
| Funnel | How many contacts sit at each lifecycle stage? |
Filtering
Most reports can be filtered by date range, channel, and team member, so you can zoom from “everything this quarter” down to “this agent, last week, on WhatsApp”.
Analytics are derived — MsgBuddy calculates them from your underlying messages and campaigns. That means they can be rebuilt if needed and never slow down or block your actual sending. The source of truth is always the messages themselves.
Who can see analytics
Analytics are available to Owner, Admin, Supervisor, and Auditor roles (Auditors and above can also export). Agents and Viewers don’t see the analytics nav — see roles.
Check delivery health weekly. A slow decline in delivered/read rates, or a creeping failure rate, is an early warning about your quality rating — catch it before Meta does.
How this connects
- Every message status and campaign report feeds these dashboards.
- The funnel view comes from lifecycle stages.
