How it works
An AI voice agent calls each contact, speaks naturally, listens, and responds — like an automated but conversational phone call. You set up a voice campaign (who to call and what to say), and MsgBuddy places the calls as individual call jobs, tracking the outcome of each.
Compliance comes first
In India, automated calls are governed by DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology registration) and TRAI regulations. MsgBuddy enforces guardrails — calling-hour windows and consent checks — but the legal responsibility to have valid consent and registration is yours.
