Set up your business profile
In one sentence
Fill in your workspace’s name, timezone, and business details so messages, schedules, and invoices all use the right information.
Why it matters
Two settings here quietly affect everything else:
- Timezone — decides when your business hours, scheduled campaigns, and subscription reminders actually fire. Get this right before you schedule anything.
- Business profile — your legal/trading details, used for billing and shown to Meta.
Where to find it
Go to Settings, then the Workspace section. You’ll see the workspace name, slug, timezone, locale, and a member count, plus an Edit workspace button that opens two tabs:
| Tab | What’s in it |
|---|---|
| General | Workspace name, timezone, locale (language/format). |
| Business profile | Business name, industry/vertical, country, phone, billing email, address, and a short “about” description. |
Step by step
- Open Settings → Workspace → Edit workspace.
- On General, set your timezone to where your business operates. Double-check this.
- Set your locale (affects date and number formatting).
- Switch to Business profile and fill in your business name, country, industry, billing email, and address.
- Save.
The billing email is where invoices and plan notices go. It can differ from your login email — point it at whoever handles your accounts.
Changing the timezone later won’t rewrite things you already scheduled — it applies to new schedules. So it’s worth setting correctly before you build business hours or schedule a campaign.
How this connects
- Timezone → Business hours & Campaigns & Subscriptions. All time-based features read this one setting.
- Business profile → Billing. Your invoices use these details.
